¡Modernízate o muere! Pero hasta cierto punto. Comenzamos una nueva serie de dibujos realizados ahora con una tablet. Para empezar, y pensando en los dibujos realizados hasta ahora en una libreta, arrancamos eligiendo un papel de grano fino y la simulación de un rotulador color marrón para estudiar la sección del suelo de una vivienda en contacto con el terreno.

Como en dibujos anteriores, el detalle recoge los aspectos que se querían definir cuando se tomó la decisión de su dibujo: las diferentes capas del paquete formado por la losa de cimentación y su subbase, y el pavimento y capas inferiores. Por el contrario, se omiten aquellos que no tienen interés para este objetivo y ya se encuentran definidos en otros detalles del proyecto: la composición y características de la losa de cimentación, que ya se describió en los planos de cimentación. En este caso, de la losa, lo único que nos interesa es su canto.

Con este criterio, el detalle define las diferentes capas de la sección constructiva, indicando los materiales, características y dimensiones. El espesor de la capa de aislamiento térmico queda determinado por las condiciones de aislamiento requeridas y la transmitancia del material. Al mortero de nivelación se le ha dotado una armadura mínima cosecha de la casa. Una cosa es que el aislamiento sea rígido y otra que sea completamente indeformable. Sospecho que algunas fisuras que he observado en pavimentos sobre aislamientos rígidos o aislamientos acústicos pueden estar relacionados con la aplicación de elevadas cargas puntuales, como armarios o estanterías, que provocan cierto asiento diferencial de la solería y que puede paliar este armado. La lámina de polietileno reticulado permite el movimiento de la solería por dilataciones térmicas, siempre y cuando se deje la oportuna junta en el encuentro con las paredes.

Lo dicho, primera experiencia con la tableta. No son dibujos sobre una servilleta, pero espero que os haya gustado.

Upgrade or die! But up to a point. We are starting a new series of drawings made on a tablet. First of all, to start and thinking about the previuos drawings made on a notebok, we start choosing a fine-grained paper and a simulation of a brown marker pen to study the floor section of a house in contact with the terrain.

As in the previous drawings, the details contain the aspects that were wanted to define when the decision of drawing it was made: the different layers of this packet made by a foundation slab y its subbase, and its pavement and its lower layers. The ones that are not interesting for this objective are skipped and are defined on other details of the project: the composition and characteristics of the foundation slab, that were previously described on the foundation plans. In this case, from the foundation slab, we are only interested on its height.

Following this standards, the detail defines the different layers of the constructive section, indicating the materials, characteristics and dimensions. The thickness of the termic isolation layer its determined by the isolation condition required and the transmutation of the material. The leveling mortar has been given a minimum reinforcement. One thing is that the isolation is stiff and the other is that the isolation to be completely undeformable. I suppose that some of the fissures that I have seen on top of stiff isolation or acoustic isolation could be related to a pointed load application, such as wardrobes or shelves, that can cause some differential seats of the flooring and it can palliate the reinforcement. The reticulated polyethilene film allows the movement of the flooring because of thermal expansion, but only if a join to the walls is properly located.
